Enjoy FREE delivery every time you order from Hempire!

Please have your valid ID available for viewing upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to federally owned / leased land. Residential delivery is preferred, however, other arrangements can be made at your request.

Delivery times are approximate and vary depending on traffic conditions and order volume. Check below for your city’s estimated delivery time.

Elk Grove ~ 30 min

Stockton ~ 1 hr

Lathrop ~ 1-2 hr

Payment

Hempire Inc. accepts payment in cash only. Payment will be taken at the time of your delivery.

Tips

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. Any tips given will go directly to the driver that delivered your order!

Tax

In compliance with state law Hempire Inc. charges the mandated 10% tax on all sales. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Final Sale

All sales are final once delivery is completed.

Consumption

Consumers are responsible for their own cannabis products after purchase. Public consumption of any cannabis product is prohibited. Driving while under the influence of cannabis is also forbidden by law. Never allow cannabis products to be within reach of children or animals. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused for any of the following reasons: counterfeit payment, falsifying identification, attempts to commit fraud, acts of violence or threats.
